Privacy notice

When you use the enquiry form we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, work email address, company name, the topic you select and the message you write.

The form also carries a hidden field and a timing check. Both exist only to filter out automated submissions and are not used to identify anyone. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

To answer your enquiry. Where a conversation continues, we use your details to carry that conversation forward. We do not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing material, or sell your details to anyone.

Giving us your details is voluntary. By submitting the form you consent to our using them for the purposes described above. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us, although withdrawing it does not affect processing that has already taken place.

We do not sell or trade personal data. It may be shared with the service providers who operate our email and IT systems, and only to the extent needed to do so. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, regulation, or a competent authority in Singapore.

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as it takes to respond and to follow up. Where a formal engagement follows, relevant correspondence is retained in our business records for the periods Singapore law requires.

Some of our service providers store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to what Singapore law requires.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to contact@cloudtraderltd.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some requests are subject to exceptions set out in the Act.
